Software, etc., we can install them on our Cloud Servers and you will have full access to your programs and the server
from virtually anywhere on the planet and at anytime day or night. SMTG is the Host, or, you can join a Hub of
Servers and reduce your cost by sharing the Server "Equipment."

The Hub Is Server Sharing. Server Sharing only shares
the Equipment not the Programs. What this means is that Every Doctors Office has Their Own Server that is Separate
from everyone else's Server and you only share the equipment. The Servers are Individual Virtual Servers. The Host Server
(the Equipment) houses Many Individual virtualServers. In fact if you have a Server of your own SMTG can make a Copy
of it, called Virtualizing a Physical Machine, and Host Your Server in the Cloud on one of Our Physical Servers. Your Server,
Your Passwords, Your Data and Your Software hosted on SMTG Secure Servers. We maintain the Equipment, Security, World Wide

made for you and your clients.
SMTG offers the In-The-Cloud Virtualized Servers with the
full package of Medisoft and Office Hours software to Independent Medical Billers and Independent Medical Offices that
have their own Medical Billers but do not wish to utilize KMD Medical Billing & Consulting Services. The VMO is Independence.
Your Clients, Your Staffing, Your Own Medical Billers. If you do not want to outsource your medical billing
